These products have been on display at showrooms or shops and are now offered at a discounted price. Please note that these items may show minor marks or scratches due to handling and customer interactions (unless stated otherwise). However, they are generally in very good condition and are fully functional (unless stated otherwise). I take great care in ensuring that ex-display furniture is well-maintained and kept in good condition. 

I encourage my customers to inspect ex-display items carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about an item’s condition, please do not hesitate to ask. I am happy to provide additional information or photos to help you make an informed decision.

Unfortunately,  I'm  not able to offer warranty on ex-display furniture items.  Please note that ex-display items are subject to availability and may sell out quickly. If you see something you like, I recommend making a purchase sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.

No returns. Please check items condition before making your purchase. 

No refunds. Only refund is available if item was broken and no longer is suitable to be used within 14 days of purchase. 

Unfortunately,  I do not take reservations or deposits.  In case it was agreed otherwise,  please remember I do not refund deposits in case you change your mind (this is to avoid me missing potential buyers).

Storage. Only available for 2 weeks. Any extra week is £10 per week and must be paid before collection
