What is your return & refund policy?
Please read description and check all photos if you are buying a marked / damaged item- all imperfections are clearly marked. These items are not returnable.

Damages and issues
Β Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective (within 48 hours), damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Report to : exdifurniture@gmail.com

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item:
- must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must not have been assembled
- must be in the original packaging
- must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
RefundsΒ
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.Β The time taken to receive the credit will depend on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
